Fun time in New Hope

Dearest Oz, 
What's more fun than visiting you?  It's  having you and your mom come visit us while Daddy is at a work conference in Seattle.  What fun to spoil you and let you play with our kitties JJ and Lucy.  They liked you very much but are not used to little people.  Whenever you got to close they would run away.

You especially enjoyed the grass, the breeze, the birds, and the leaves dancing in the wind. I love your hat. It reminds me of a little Amish boy in this picture.

Poppa picked out this hanging basket for me. He knows I like red geraniums. This basket is red, white, and blue so will be great for the fourth of July too.





I love this picture of you and your mom by the dogwood tree. Your Daddy came home on Saturday and we got to spend all Sunday together. We got some really good spoiling time in with you.

Poppa really likes reading to you especially Dr. Seuss books.  What a surprise to see you in this cute little "Hop on Pop" onesy.    I guess in this case it would be more like "hop on Poppa".


Come back soon the kitties miss you and are looking for you.  The red wagon is empty and lonesome and of course Diva and Poppa miss their boy.

Are you starting to see a pattern here? Your Mommy loves to take pictures of you and will use any holiday try out new ideas. You are such a sweet baby and most times let your Mommy take all the pictures she wants. I hope these pictures don't come back and haunt you years later. Just know that you are well loved and cherished by your family.

Oz and the Easter Bunny

Dear Oz,

We got to spend Easter with you and your Mommy and Daddy. It was so much fun to see how much you have grown and changed. We got to go with you to the Mall and watched as you had your picture taken with the Easter Bunny. You did really well considering how many children were there and the long wait.  Mommy had such a good time posing you with bunny ears and sitting in your Easter basket.  You were so sweet to cooperate.  I know you won't always enjoy getting your picture taken but I always love seeing your pictures. We always look forward to spending time with you.

Look at you Oscar. You won the photo contest and now you are a local celebrity and are on the cover of a newspaper in Scarsdale, New York. This Diva is getting excited about spending Easter with you, your parents and doting Uncle Andy. I'm anxious to see your great smile and hear baby giggles.

I love this picture of You sitting in your chair reading. You are growing up way too fast. I love to listen to your Daddy reading you books at bedtime or listening to your Mommy reading books to you during the day. I pray that you will always enjoy books, and knowledge.

Dear Oz,

This is the latest pictures that always makes me smile. Uncle Andy taught me how to change my desk top screen image so I change it every week now. This is my current screen saver. Can you believe how quickly you are growing?

You love cars and especially hubcaps.  I think it's because they are at your eye level and shiny.   You can also see your reflection too.  I wonder if you will have a lasting love of cars and trucks.  I think this is just the first glimpse of a long love affair with cars.

Here you are as Cupid. Your very talented mom made this costume but the personality is all you. Your Mommy has posted more pictures of you as cute little Cupid here. You are so sweet and tolerant of your photo happy mom. Hint: You will have hundreds of photos of you before the year is out. Just smile sweetly and let her enjoy the fun of dressing you up.
